Gardening is an everyday activity at Finca Barucito. There are organic vegetable beds and a green house, which are currently producing some of our food. Our orchard has over 400 newly planted trees including a wide variety of tropical fruits. Some of the types include: mango, banana, coconut, avocado, pineapple, papaya, a wide variety of citrus, and many Central American exotics. We will continue to expand our organic gardening project as we work towards sustainability.
